Chinese Porcelain Whimsey on Wooden Base.  The tounge in this is counterbalanced to be rocking in and out of his mouth  in animated manner.   This is 18th century style three color glaze but  19th century figure with later CHINA stamp on base for export.  size is 5 1/4" tall .   base is 3" by 4 1/2"  overall.
