Early 20th-century Kutani Japanese Kabuki porcelain. Gracefully balanced dancer kneels with hand gestures in a very precise form communicating to the viewer the classic signs of the dance. Unusual fine figure and exceptionally executed. Size 9.5" tall and 8" by 6" overall base. 

The condition is very fine. No cracks and no chips.
