Youth at a Stream,   by J.H.Foley,  ( a.k.a. Youth at the Stream) Irish Artist in  Britan.  1818-1874. Cast bronze with dedication on base. Reading "Excuted in Bronze by H.J. Hatfield for the Art Union of London 1886 from the original by J.H. Foley R.A."  Original 1844.  size 21.75" tall, the body 6.25" by 8" overall. Very good condition.
