Scipio Africanus monument.  The young general is a nude youth atop a plinth with inscriptions ROMA on the right and CARTHAGO on the left, Front side pair of rearing horses. Monument to celebrate the Roman victory over the Carthaginians by the youth Scipio Africanus. The size is 17" tall, base 5" wide by 5" deep. Dark bronze from the late 19th or early 20th century.   unsigned probably German or Italian.
