Green Porphyry Carving of Standing Osiris Antinous 19th century.  Size 14 3/4" tall , base 4" by 4 1/4" overall .  Carved in Greek or Baltic porphyry after the original in the Vatican Museum Egyptian Collection.  Original unearthed at Casino Michili in 1740.   Old repair to break in lower legs and cracking of base to lower front.  Top of proper left foot filled.   Fabulous stone with rich coloring.
